My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an incredible experience! The beauty and comfort of the place are indescribable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Before our arrival, they checked in on us to ensure we found the road to the hotel. When we encountered blocked roads due to an event nearby, the staff escorted us to another route. The front desk girl carried our luggage up the stairs and promptly to our room. On Saturday night, there was live music which made our stay even more pleasant. The views at night were simply amazing. The rooms were decorated with traditional elements intertwined with modern amenities, and they were very spacious and comfortable. As advertised, breakfast was included with our room. The morning manager and entire staff were very accommodating, kind, and struck up pleasant conversation. The bazaar was conveniently located nearby. The atmosphere made this an epic experience, and it was humbling to be able to participate in the rich culture and community. I am very grateful for this experience.

Rooms are nice looking with great view, but that's about it. Food quality was the worst we had in Albania, especially the breakfast, very poor quality. Pity, because it can easily be a great hotel, if services were good. The fridge in the room did not work. They said they will fix it, but never did in the 3 days that we were there. Beds are not comfortable.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (especially Rochelle), the dining selection plentiful and delicious, and the dining area offered a magnificent view of this beautiful and historic town. I’d highly recommend Kodra.

Great hotel in Gjirokaster, Albania

The hotel is located on the hill side, very closed to restaurants, bazaar and Gjirokaster Castle. The room is very clean and its amenities are in good condition. The staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to have a great vacation in Albania.

Great hotel in great location

I don't think you could possibly ask for a better location in Gjirokaster - close to all attractions. The hotel itself is charming and the room we stayed in was superb with a great view. I do think the restaurant could be improved though and if you're looking for dinner, there are better option. Breakfast was adequate at best. Overall, stay here for the location and lovely hotel and rooms - just seek out somewhere else to eat

Een hoge prijs voor een gebrek aan rust.

Het hotel van over het algemeen goed maar er was veel hinder door geluidsoverlast. Op 150 meter afstand is een uitgaansstraat met keiharde muziek en in het restaurant speelde een life band. We zaten in de laatste kamer van de gang nabij de keuken, de bevoorrading, wasmanden en een ijzeren trap.

Nuestra habitación era estupenda, con unas vistas preciosas. Las camas muy cómodas y el baño también cómodo y limpio. Lo que se podría mejorar sería el check-in, ya que no siempre hay personal en la recepción y tuvimos que esperar un buen rato. El desayuno regular, con poca variedad.

Parfaitement situé pour visiter la vieille ville. Une très belle vue sur la vallée. Petit bémol quant à la température dans les chambres et les espaces communs (nous y avons séjourné fin avril).

Parfait !

Très bel hôtel idéalement placé dans le vieille ville avec une superbe vus sur le château. Très bon service, bon petit déjeuner varié. Parking sur place indispensable pour ceux qui visent l’Albanie en voiture. Petit moins : manque d’un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre Sinon : parfait !!
