Great stay, super lovely staff couldn't really complain. Only snag is that the restaurant shuts by 9.30pm so if you wanted food from the hotel you're stuck.

Beautiful stay!

Beautiful interior across the whole hotel and perfect location for the event we had on at the hydro. Family room was very spacious and clean. Staff when both checking in and out were welcoming and helpful.

Hotel overbooked and bumped me off!

Although I had paid in full for my room, when I arrived at the hotel, Courtyard bumped me off to Moxy Hotel as they said they were overbooked! It was a rainy night, and we arrived at 8.40pm tired after a long drive. The front desk supervisor was unapologetic, saying that hotels do overbook! He had no qualms breaking up my party of 3, with one staying at Courtyard, and the other 2 staying at Moxy. When we kicked up a fuss (and rightfully so because of how the hotel treated us), he threatened to cancel our reservation and leave us without a room! Eventually, at our suggestion, all 3 of us were transferred to Moxy hotel.

Hotel was lovely itself and clean but the toilets had a very dirty drain smell we had too close the door . But the worse bit was the beds they were that bad the night staff girl moved us straight away but the other room was just as bad the beds had very big dips in the middle off them barely slept at all

Hotel for Conference

Myself and colleagues were attending a conference in the SEC, this hotel is located a few minutes walk so is a perfect location. The rooms are comfy, spacious and clean and even through the hotel is having some renovations you wouldn't know, no noise, mess. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices.

This hotel was right beside the Ovo/Hydro which was perfect for our stay. We got reduced rate car parking as the hotel validated our ticket. Reasonably priced food and drinks so we ate in the hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again
