Great location next to Glasgow hydro but as a result hotel was really busy. Lift weren't working and staff at reception were rushed off feet. Checking out of the room reception staff never asked if we enjoyed our stay or anything.

Concert Trip

This is a nice hotel and is in an excellent location. The main issue is the lift situation. One of the lifts is broken causing long queues, took 40 minutes to get up to our room on Friday evening and 20mins to get down for breakfast which did have a significant effect on our stay. This was the same situation when we stayed here a couple of months ago. We have stayed in this hotel on many occasions however I am not keen to return due to our experience on this and our previous visit.
