Room was lovely and spacious and very clean only thing i didnt like was the heating wasnt warm and the room got quite cold at night . There was also a staff christmas party on and we couldnt access the main bar we only got told 1 day prior our stay. There was another small lounge bar which was to busy to sit. So we just sat in our room . Staff where lovely

The room and staff were fine the breakfast however was poor. All the “hot” items were cold even though we went down not long after the dining room opened. It was one of the worst breakfasts we have had and we have been about a bit.

I appreciate the advance warning on the onsite parties, but didn’t expect to be put out the residents bar at 12 only to go to bed and have to listen to the party going on downstairs for another hour. That is a terrible decision!
