Decent okay budget hotel, good breakfast

Hotel is a little “tired,” doesn’t look nearly as nice in person as it does in pictures. Bathroom very tiny, not much room for stuff except a 2-inch shelf, no plugs near the bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast is worth it to pay in advance, a lot ot options and full sized breakfast.

The lobby was ok. After that it’s downhill. The rooms have sticky carpet, there’s no AC. There were moths in the room on arrival. We were told there’s no rooms available to change to. It’s popular but with road workers - honestly, they deserve better if that’s what the companies provided them with. Don’t stay here unless if you want to stay awake with the sound of seagulls or the thoughts of bugs and how grimy the whole place was.

Staff extremely accomodating. Friendly and supportive. Its location right next to a garage car park and many commuters. Lone traveller felt safe. The decor you can tell hotel taken over an old hotel but clean enough. Will stay again

The photos do not match the facility. The rooms are worn, dank, and in need of a refresh. The walls and carpet of the halls were dirty and showed signs of poor attempts at repair. It was just sad and not inviting. While the lobby was inviting and in better shape than the rest of the place, it still fell short of the picture-perfect image. I kinda felt catfished.

The room was vey shabby with smelly carpets, temperamental door lock and a creaky bed, although the bedlinen was clean. No aircon and the window only opened about 5 inches despite the temperature being in the high 20’s. Breakfast cost £16pp for a very basic offering. Very disappointing all round - will avoid in future.

The staff friday when we got there lovely.hotel room was clean.it is true it needs up date,but bed was comfy very clean.. only down fall was fire alarm went off 04.30am and protocol was not followed through and no checks or apologies where not given some staff need training. Good job not hotel inspector head on

Great Location and Friendly Staff

comfortable and spacious room. Bed was very comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. One small gripe is that the shower needs and overhaul. Couldn't get it to stop dripping.

The hotel does NOT have laundry service as advertised. The wifi is spotty at best. The photos make the hotel seem much more updated than it truly is. The hallways smell musty. We had several lights in our room that were burnt out. We stayed for three nights, and the hotel's fire alarms went off every single day we stayed - twice during the nights between 10:30-11:30pm.

Property was tired looking, the television was poor in that it had few channels easily available lots of blank no signal channels. The carpark is quite grubby not easy to push luggage on and poorly laid out. I would not plan to return to this hotel until after it was refurbished

I checked in on weds 28th, and had to check out same day...I did not get to sleep in the hotel because the hotel was not clean and everything in it was old and dusty even the windows. I could not spend the night and had to check out. not conducive at all The hotel does not look like the photos online
