Breakfast was not provided with our room booking. The hotel was very clean and had a comfortable bed, but the area surrounding the hotel was unclean and felt unsafe.

Check in was simple with very personable staff; we were allowed to drop our luggage early before check in time so we could wander without it. Rooms were compact but quite adequate for a couple, with a small sitting area with table and one chair. Breakfast was good but ran low on some items later in the morning; staff did their best to keep up. Was my second stay there as it’s very convenient next to the train station, has many restaurants nearby, and is often the most economical accommodation option. No issues at all. Highly recommended.

Have stayed here few times now, suppose it’s location, 100 yards from Central Station and right in middle of shops, bars etc!! One tiny complaint!! A hotel owned by a German company with no draught beer….wouldnt happen there!!!!

Great location for shopping and not far from Hydro Ovo. Really enjoyed the breakfast lovely choice of fresh breads cheese and meats. Check in staff were very friendly and welcoming.
