The hotel was undergoing some renovations and extensions but that was all ok as we knew that prior. The room itself was great as were all of the other staff with the exception of the staff member that checked us in. She was rude and very unhelpful, if I had not have pre paid o would have gone elsewhere. They provided some coffee and snacks as an alternate to breakfast due to the restaurant not being open. This was a nice touch. There is a good pub across the road that had good value meals and is very nice. As mentioned apart from the staff member and the fact we could net get a late checkout the place was great.

It looks like there in the middle of a expansion and renovation of the restaurant, so where's alot going on, and the parking lot is full

The property is under construction and no restaurant available. That made ot hard to judge staff. But there was a young deaf woman who cleaned rooms. She was extremely helpful when I needed more towels. The front desk was not manned at all times so I was lucky to come across her. She went out of her way to help me though she was clearly busy. Nice hotel. Enjoyed the air conditioning.
