Located in a hamlet within the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park (Natura 2000), this 145 m² house offers panoramic views, spring water, pure air, tranquility, dry-stone terraces, and a landscape of pine, oak, and chestnut trees. Three hiking trails start directly from the house—perfect for nature lovers.



Renovated in 2022, the ground floor provides a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a 25 m² meditation or yoga room with a projection screen. Upstairs you’ll find a 25 m² bedroom, an office, a dormitory, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a mezzanine.



The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with small freezer, vacuum cleaner, and iron. Enjoy garden furniture and a BBQ for outdoor meals. Board games, a screen, and video projector are available for your entertainment. 4G Wi-Fi is provided. Underfloor heating throughout the first floor and a wood-burning stove ensure comfort. The sunny, sheltered terrace overlooks the fields and offers wide views.



Access is possible via Valence-Ville TGV station. Please note: pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside.

Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut (15 km) sits at the confluence of the Glueyre and Eyrieux rivers, and Saint-Pierreville (13 km) features local cooperatives and an art gallery.
