El Rincón de los Pinos is a spacious and comfortable house located in a quiet residential area with easy access, surrounded by trees and offering panoramic views of Sierra Nevada and the city of Granada.
Just 15 minutes from the historic center and the Alhambra, with excellent connections to the Costa Tropical and Sierra Nevada, it is ideal for families or groups of friends.
The house has climate control in every room, ensuring a comfortable stay all year round.
It is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood with easy access — no narrow roads or rural tracks — and includes private parking for up to 3 cars inside the property.
The house is almost entirely on one level: there are only three steps between the living area and the bedrooms/bathrooms, making it convenient for children, elderly guests, or people with reduced mobility.
It accommodates up to 8 guests (9 with a crib) and features 3 bedrooms:
* Master bedroom with a double bed (150x200 cm), sofa bed (140x200 cm), en-suite bathroom, massage chair, and desk with monitor.
* Second bedroom: two single beds (105x200 cm).
* Third bedroom: two single beds (90x190 cm).
Individual climate control is available in all bedrooms and the living room. Radiators are installed in the kitchen and bathrooms for complete comfort throughout the year.
The house includes 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and bidets, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining area with a large handcrafted table for 8 people and a sofa area designed for comfortable relaxation, equipped with a Google TV projector.
Outside, there is a fenced swimming pool, a private garden with barbecue facilities, and a spacious, comfortable porch with panoramic views of the garden, trees, and natural surroundings.
From the garden and pool area, you can enjoy open views of the city of Granada, the trees, and Sierra Nevada, creating a wonderful sense of space and tranquility.
Everything is for exclusive private use, allowing guests to enjoy complete privacy.
There are several restaurants nearby, many offering home delivery, as well as supermarkets with fast delivery service, Taxi, Uber, and buses to the city center every 30 minutes.
Additional cleaning services can also be arranged, along with many other options to ensure your stay is comfortable and worry-free.
