It was a clean hotel room and staff were helpful. Was not a high-end brand-new hotel but was very much as described. Would be very happy to go back to this hotel if I needed to go to the Gold Coast. The area is in a construction zone during the day, but I did not notice that at all at night

WARNING - I have never paid for a hotel and refused to stay there. It certainly is not safe for families! It was a crack den with 3 tweakers staying in seperate rooms. Whilst I was parking the car, one of the tweakers was walking around shoe & shirtless pushing a pram with no baby inside.

There wasnt much to.like here. Noisy all night. Dirty and very tured in the room. Very basic accommodation and overpriced dor the condition and standard. Hot water ttakes forever to work in the shower. Lighting is poor and others use your outside space. Seems to be a haven for itinerants also.

On arrival it was clear the photos did not match the accomodation. Very unkept, a lot of construction around the building. Very rundown. The staff at reception was very understanding when I requested a refund.

I liked how the whole extended family (there was 8 of us) was able to fit comfortably into the four bedroom accommodation. The beds were comfortable and all basic amenities had been provided in the room. Unfortunately, we were only provided with two parking bays. For a room that accommodates 10, that extra spot is a must.

On first entering, the room looked very old and smelled strongly of bleach. Then, when a staff member came in to take away a machine that was running, we were hit with the smell of smoke, I think it came through the air conditioning unit, which itself was quite loud rattling. Parking proved difficult, with only one car able to drive in or out so if encountering another car, one would have to back way back. The covered carparks were limited and difficult to get into. Kitchen was well equipped & the bed was good. Cheap price, still probably wouldn't stay again.

Their online presence is completely inaccurate and should be taken down. 2 power points in the apartment none in the bedroom. No extra blankets for winter. Wild parties in the complex that were not addressed & management could not be reached during this time. Apartment smelled like cigarettes & was surrounded by construction sites. Spa was cold. It’s not really a motel as most other apartments are permanently occupied by residents. We should be refunded
