We stayed at Hilton surfers paradise during Cyclone Alfred, in fact with flight cancellations we are still staying at the Hilton. They’ve been absolutely amazing, we came over for my son’s 9th birthday and the staff were absolutely amazing. It didn’t matter which staff we dealt with they were awesome! They went above & beyond for my son’s birthday!! I would recommend the Hilton to everyone!! We have a 3 bedroom apartment for the 5 of us (4 Adults, 1 child) it’s an amazing set up and has worked extremely well for us! I can’t thank all the staff that have been here working rather than being at home safe with their families and looking after their homes.

Amazing view

My daughter and I stayed in a two bedroom apartment on level 29. The view was absolutely amazing room was nice. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The only thing that was disappointing which I forgot about from my last stay, was how cold the pool is. It really doesn’t get enough sun, so it is super cold. The hotel is in a great location with everything at your doorstep.

Beautiful hotel, great location and facilities. You are right in the middle of everything. Only downside is half the hotel faces multiple night clubs, which go all night long. Good luck getting a good nights sleep. If you get placed on those first few levels, may as well go sleep at the night club.
