Limited places to eat around the facility and gym itself needs a upgrade. Need to arrive during office hrs trying to arrange after hrs access was a issue waiting days to confirm after hrs access. Thai Harbour Restaurant was amazing though. Room itself was reasonably priced would stay again would also recommend to ppl on a budget.

What a beautiful view

We booked two rooms for our family trip. To be honest, I didn’t read the Google reviews before making the reservation; if I had, I probably would have skipped this hotel. However, we got lucky: the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the view is wonderful. From our rooms, we can see the pier, and it is beautiful. The only downside is that the route from the reception to the rooms is a bit like a maze.

The place was disgustingly dirty in my be apartment, the fridge wasn’t onn& water leaked all through the kitchen area 2 out of 6 lights worked in the unit, no bed side lamps, the floor had not been vacuumed no milk in the fridge or coffee or tea available, it is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed & will never go back a total rip off regards craig
