The place was disgustingly dirty in my be apartment, the fridge wasn’t onn& water leaked all through the kitchen area 2 out of 6 lights worked in the unit, no bed side lamps, the floor had not been vacuumed no milk in the fridge or coffee or tea available, it is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed & will never go back a total rip off regards craig

The only decent thing about this place is the Bar and entertainment. Very rude staff that run it, not helpful and the facilities are run down or not working

Carpet had holes, dirty stains and worn out. Blocked toilet took 4hrs to be rectified, lighbulbs missing, no cups or crockery, air conditioner would not turn off by remote, broken chair on balcony, tiles dirty in shower, cracked hand basin, safe was completely broken, bed was comfortable, fridge needed defrosting, Friday night Buffet was good, front entrance to reception were locked open all the time and it was quite windy cool and showering, only one lift worked, the second lift has apparently been broken for 12 months or more. What disgusting place, i would never recommend this dive to anyone to the point of demanding my money back, security gate for underground parking didn't work either.
