Olohuoneessa on valtava lattiasta kattoon ulottuva kivitakka sekä iso taulu-tv, tilaääni, satelliitti-TV ja blu-ray-soitin. Ruokapöydässä sijaitseva jättiläinen yksittäinen lankkuinen pöytä mahtuu 10. Gourmet-keittiössä on kaikki tarvitsemasi laitteet. Moderni kaasuliesi, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, uuni, iso vierekkäin jääkaappi. Graniitti työtasot ja baarien oleskelualue neljälle. Auki olohuoneen ulkopuolella on iso etukansi, jossa on kansihuonekalut, iso BBQ kiinnitetty talon propapaaniin (joten ei tarvita säiliöitä). Myös aivan oleskelutilassa on puoli kylpyhuone.
Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on suuri 2 auton autotalli, jossa on lämmitetyt lattiat. Mutatila, jossa on lämmittimet ja lumilaitteiden varastointi, pesutupa ja suuri sisäänkäynti tienlaitteilla, lämmitetty.

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed home in the most beautiful place. Running, biking and hiking right outside the doorstep, relaxation and rest inside. The kitchen had everything we needed, the spa was well maintained, beds were comfy, the porch was heaven in the evenings. The town of Golden was perfect for us. There was disc golf, river walks, good food, good vibes. It was a great place to reconnect with my adult siblings and share my love for the outdoors with them in an accessible way that had something for everyone.

National Park Adventure

Highly recommend this property. Our family of 9 just spent a week at this beautiful home. It is centrally located to Glacier, Yoho, and Banft National Parks. There was plenty of room for everyone and couldn’t ask for better accommodations. Spent time in the evening in the hot tub and sauna. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed

Lovely Mountain Lodge

The house was perfect for my husband and I and our parents for a long weekend. We were running an ultramarathon in Golden and needed a space large enough to accommodate all of us. We had some questions when we first arrived and the host was super quick to respond and send someone out to help with what we needed. The hot tub and sauna were amazing, but unfortunately the cold plunge was out of service. All in all we had a very pleasant stay!

Yearly motorcycle ride

Our griup of 9 stayed at this beautiful home..wr had a big garage for our bikes(7). The tooms and beds were great and the kitchen is super beautiful and easy to use well layed out. The showers were great also! Thank you for allowing us to stay .

Family holiday

This home is spectacular. Everything is even better than shown. Very easy to contact the property manager and he was very helpful. We have rented many homes and this was definitely the best. The kitchen contains all the best of appliances and everything you could possible need from cleaners to garbage bags was available. Our kids loved the cold pool and hot tub. Would stay at this chalet again.

Family Trip

We have stayed in the kicking horse area many times all places up there are decent this place was also nice, clean hot tub, nice deck and fire pit was great. Couple things to consider there is no AC in this house the mountain cools down at night but it’s something I missed during the booking and it was a hot week. Coffee make also did not work on our trip but that’s easy to correct. Everything else about this place was great. Property manager responded very quickly to any inquiries.

Excellent cabin for a family get-together!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We organized a get-together for our extended family here and it was perfect. There are large spaces for gathering together, but enough private spaces for taking breaks. The large dinning room table was a huge plus for family meals. We stayed during the summer and we were able to go for hikes and enjoy the natural scenery. I highly recommend this cabin for any large family gatherings you may have!

The property was beautiful, lots of room for our family, ski hill was excellent as were the cross country ski trails. The Boot and gear drying room was a definite plus!! Would stay here again.

Great Place

We are a family of 5. We have rented in Fernie and Kicking Horse for 15 years and found this rental as well as one other to be ranked number one. Number two was not even close! We found the property manager Gabriel Higham to be very prompt with his replies and very easy to work with. As this is someone's home, we tried to leave it as clean as it was when we arrived (minus vacuuming and washing the sheets)

Perfect home and a surprisingly perfect time of year to be in Kicking Horse!

First, the house is huge and has plenty of room for a big family. Two living rooms allows the kids and adults to separate at the end of a day together and recharge. Every small thing is covered in this house: plenty of towels, pillows, comfortable mattresses, and the kitchen has every single thing you need to cook meals every night. If you visit in June, it is like having your own resort to yourself. The resort has a small general store, a cafe for breakfast and lunch, and Winston’s restaurant for dinner and drinks. We did every adventurous activity right in Golden: whitewater rafting, ATV tour, paragliding, downhill Mt. biking, and hiking. The Eagle eye restaurant is must as well! At the end of each day, the house was a perfect place to relax and recharge for the next day!

A great weekend on the slops

We had a great weekend staying in this upscale house ski in ski out Place was fully equipped with everything we needed. From a high end gourmet kitchen to a hot tub and media room. The owner was reachable at all times and was helpful throughout the rental process and during our stay. Looking forward to next year. Thank you Gabriel for making this stay pleasant

The house is absolutely gorgeous, very clean and in a great location. We absolutely loved our stay!

The house has absolutely everything you need and is fully stocked. Every room in the house was very clean, organized and absolutely beautiful. There is tons a space and it is very well layed out. The hottub was relaxing and again, super clean! The owners were easy to get ahold of and answered all of my emails very quickly. This is the best place to stay in Golden, in the heart of the village! We will definitely be back as a family! Thanks for everything and thanks for the great memories! 5 star place!

Winter paradise

3 days of powder skiing. The home is very high end with a huge wood fireplace, Sonos sound system, media room, hot tub out back, huge ensuite bathrooms and well equiped kitchen. The boot room was an great bonus for drying out boots and clothes after skiing. Skied right to the property and walked less that 100 meters to the ski-out. Would definitely be back again.

Perfect house and location

The house had everything we wanted for cooking and relaxing. Great location for skiing. A real ski in ski out. Everyone enjoyed their stay. We are looking to come back next year and stay in the same house. We had a little issue with the refrigerator. The temperature in the fridge would not go below 8DegC and was going up to 12DegC. We took all the food outside and in the garage and unfrozen the fridge overnight. The problem was resolved and the temperature was 5DegC. I would recommend to verify the fridge. Great vacation.
