4 housekeeping carts always in the hall-in the way and roaches crawling and strong smell of marijuana! Absolutely disgusting and in five dats never received clean towels etc. Not even when requested. They seriously need to shut that place down. Gross

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The staff is exceptional and very friendly. The rooms were updated and very clean. It was quiet at night and in a safe area. Easy on/off freeway access. I highly recommend staying here! A great deal for the price!!!

Staff was courteous but my husband and I got to the holet at midnight but the 1st room they gave us #229 was filthy dirty and had to go back to the front desk to ask for another room. The front desk gentleman apologized and gave us room #239 which was clean but I was already to tired and went straight to bed. Towels were clean but the face towels were dinghy and were not white but a bit gray, so ladies if you need a white face towel bring your own. They do provide a black microfiber face/makeup remover towel but I didn't risk it and used my wet wipes which I always carry.

One of the filthiest place we ever stayed! Cocaroaches, trash from previous guests Bathroom, we paid ahead and stayed 7 hours while traveling. Almost left. Front desk person had a crying baby while trying to check us in. People living etc

Correct dans l'ensemble. À notre arrivĂ©e, nous Ă©tions supposĂ© avoir une chambre non-fumeur 2 grands lits (ils nous attribue au 1 er Ă©tage), la chambre sentait fort la cigarette. Je suis immĂ©diatement allĂ©e Ă  la rĂ©ception et ils nous ont changĂ© de chambre sans problĂšmes au 2 eme Ă©tage. Aucune odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able dans celle-ci. Nous avons remarquĂ© que des rĂ©novations avait Ă©tĂ© fait rĂ©cemment donc quelques poussiĂšre de sablage accumulĂ©, salle de bain surtout et en gĂ©nĂ©ral. Les lampes , accessoires (sĂ©choir cheveux, tĂ©lĂ©, ect) n'Ă©taient pas branchĂ© en gĂ©nĂ©ral mais tant qu'Ă  moi ce n'est pas un problĂšmes. Les rĂ©novations ont Ă©tĂ© fait aprĂšs le mĂ©nage donc nous comprenons comme ce n'Ă©tait pas la chambre qui nous avait Ă©tĂ© attribuĂ© au dĂ©part. Les draps et serviettes sont propres. HĂŽtel bien situĂ© prĂšs des restaurants, nous avons Ă©tĂ© mangĂ© au resto mexicain Ă  2 pas et WOW c'Ă©tait excellent!! Petit dĂ©jeuner passable : bagels, toasts, gruau, cĂ©rĂ©ales, gaufres, jus d'oranges, lait, cafĂ©, bananes... Correct pour une nuit :-)

It was very loud late at night, with people working on vehicles right outside while guests were trying to sleep. The bed sheets were dirty, which was unacceptable. We were not greeted or acknowledged by the front desk staff. Breakfast options were very limited and not sufficient. Overall, it did not feel welcoming or restful.

That hotel was like something from the 1970’s including the smell! It was dirty and smelly and I would never recommend any one to ever stay there! Our room was supposed to have a pull out couch and a roll away bed was supposed to be available. Needless to say none of that happened and we had to have one sleep on the floor one in a chair and 3 people in the bed.. horrible. I will say the front desk girl was very nice.
