VILLA ALBA NUOVA with infinity pool & amazing sea view

Newly built detached villa (2019).

The property can accommodate up to 6 people only as follows: a fifth person in a fold-out bed (with slats and a memory foam mattress) in the living room, and a sixth person only in the case of a very young child who can sleep in the double bed with their parents.

Interior
Large living room with a large, fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, five-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) with a sofa and a fold-out bed upon request, one double bedroom with French doors to the veranda, one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible.
Downstairs, there is a large laundry room that can also be used as a storage space for bulky items (luggage, bikes, etc.) and a third guest bathroom.

Outdoors
A large, livable veranda, outdoor table, and enchanting sea views of the entire gulf, including Golfo Aranci, Figarolo Island, Tavolara Island, and the tip of Porto Istana.

The garden features a large infinity pool with a splendid sea view, a spacious solarium, and ample seating for relaxing and refreshing moments in good company.

Two spacious and convenient parking spaces with a level walkway allow for easy access to the villa.

No architectural barriers.

For stays longer than 7 days, linen change and villa cleaning services are available for a fee, by arrangement.

There is a construction site 50-100 meters from the villa, but it is now quiet and at a standstill as the new villas are being built and completed.
