Villa Campo das Medas, in the middle of nature, with private salt pool

Villa Campo Das Medas, located in the Val Miñor, opens the way through its splendid wrought iron gate, surrounded by a magnificent landscape and in the middle of nature, very close to the best beaches, in it you can enjoy a spectacular landscape, and a garden with well-kept massifs, its fruit trees, its pond, its hammocks between sun and shade for very hot days, a salt pool, a pergola with a stone table and benches and a porch with a dining table and chill out area in the garden so that our customers can have endless options to choose from when it comes to enjoying those after-dinner conversations that go on and start gatherings. Always enjoying your privacy and away from the hustle and bustle.
The villa offers two independent constructions; both built in Galician stone. (both overlooking the garden and the magnificent landscape) one is the main house which has ground floor, main floor and first floor. The second stone construction, independent of the main one, located next to the pool and very well oriented, with its porch of exterior stone columns and its glass wall, gives way to a family dining room where our clients can all eat together without shifts of any kind. It is fully equipped and has a barbecue and two toilets. Here's a third 65" TV.
In the main construction:
On the ground floor we have a very large living room, with large windows to the garden, with separate entrance and direct access to the garden, with a 65" Smart TV. On this same floor we have a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a very spacious room with two single beds. This bathroom is incorporated into the room.
On the main floor: we go up and there is a furnished outdoor porch that leads to a very warm interior hall and a second and spacious living room with double doors, with a glazed gazebo and views of the landscape and the splendid garden and from where you can see the swimming pool of the property, fully equipped and with another 65" TV, In this room in winter we put a dining room called winter dining room so that our clients can enjoy geothermal heating and not get cold in their meetings (. This dining room will be open from October to May). In summer, the living room is extended with a double sitting area.
In front of the living room is the kitchen with double doors, very spacious fully equipped, with an office for breakfasts or quick dinners and a small peninsula. It is fully equipped. (Cutlery, crockery, glasses, glasses, jugs, tablecloths, tea towels, large fridge with drawers, dishwasher, ceramic hob...
After passing the hall we enter 5 bedrooms, all of them very bright with large windows overlooking the garden. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and a 1.80m bed and one of them has a furnished terrace overlooking the garden. In addition to this en-suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms on this floor, one of them with a walk-in shower. All bathrooms with window.
The first floor is accessed by very wide and comfortable stairs that lead from the main living room. We find a very spacious hall, well lit and with natural light, there is a desk if you want to work. We also find a bathroom with a Velux window with lots of light, and two spacious bedrooms, each with its terrace. On this floor there is a ninth bedroom or relaxation or reading room with comfortable armchairs.
We have two very spacious living rooms, three 65" televisions, two fully equipped kitchens, (2 large fridges with drawers, 2 dishwashers etc....) ham holder, glasses, 2 cutlery, 2 crockery, 2 glassware, tea towels, apron, cleaning products, aluminum foil, transparent film, rolls of kitchen paper, baking paper, napkins, tablecloths and everything you can imagine....
Thinking about the comfort of our guests, in each bathroom there is a hairdryer (5 bathrooms. 5 hairdryers).
The villa being located in the Vall Miñor, away from the hustle and bustle, enjoying an enviable privacy offers you a spectacular environment and landscape and also the opportunity to enjoy hiking trails, bike rides, fishing, diving, kayaking, surfing, the best beaches that are five minutes away, as well as our nearby Baiona, visit the city of Vigo which is 15 minutes away, visit Santiago de Compostela, pilgrimage city (exit to the motorway near the villa, it takes 1 hour 30 minutes), rent a boat, rent bicycles, pedal vehicles, enjoy horse riding, do the pedestrian promenade from Playa America to Baiona which is very nice, surrounding the coast and the estuary.
The location of the villa in the heart of Val Miñor offers you to be in contact with nature and at the same time with the best beaches of the Rías Baixas (Playa América, Patos, Panxon, Prado. La concheira...) or simply stroll and enjoy our gastronomy whose offer is very varied with great restaurants near our villa.
As a final and highly recommended point is to visit the Cíes Islands, a World Heritage Site, which can be easily accessed by boat. The Cíes Islands are currently one of the most popular and desired natural paradises of international interest by tourists from all over the world, its Rhodes beach (considered one of the best in the world), with its white sands, its turquoise blue waters, its unspoiled nature .... The Cíes Islands are currently a natural park with its dunes, its unspoilt nature, its crystal clear waters... that no one should miss.
