This beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront condo, complete with a 34' private boat dock, is nestled in the charming fishing village of Goodland, Florida. It's conveniently located near two of Florida's favorite vacation spots, Marco Island and Naples. Enjoy ocean sport chartering adventures, thrilling sightseeing, and shelling excursions!
The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed and a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom offers two extra-long twin beds. Relax on the screened lanai and watch the fish jump in the water.
Garage With Extra Parking...A Crystal Cool Pool and Spa Are Shared By The Homeowners and Guests.
NOTE: This condo is on the second floor.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip!
