Fabulous Mas

This property is beautiful - the pictures really do it justice! It is stunning - A typical provencal Mas in the heart of the countryside, only a short drive to Gordes. The interior has been decorated so tastefully and contains all the facilities that you have in your own home. The exterior is fabulous, with beautiful grounds, an enormous pool and seating areas throughout. I highly recommend this property.

Incredible Mas and location

We were immediately greeted by the family to explain all the benefits of the area and home. The home exceeded our expectations and made the stay an wonderful experience. We loved all the care they pay to staying guests and will certainly stay again! Definitely a 5 star luxury accommodation.

Absolute perfection

We stayed at this property for two weeks in August. We each of us found it to be absolutely perfect. The property itself is large and very private, with many places outdoors to relax. We enjoyed the water sounds from the fountain, and we loved the pool. The Mas is a beautiful 4 km walk to Gordes (up and down hill), and we would walk to the markets or to dinner. Strong wifi and a very well-stocked kitchen. The house is very well-supplied with pool loungers and sun umbrellas, as well as an outdoor grill. The property is managed by the lovely and very helpful Mme Dominique. The proprietor is not present, but he is very responsive -- quickly addressing a minor issue that arose for us. Only warning: the lanes to the house are very narrow and are surrounded by stone fences. Do not take a very wide car -- but our rental Nissan SUV was fine. Truly, a wonderful experience in a very special part of the world. I recommend this property very highly, and I hope to be lucky enough to return.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

My wife and I joined our adult children and their partners for our annual holiday together this year in the beautiful house at Gordes. The house is so well fitted out with every modern convenience and beautifully furnished. Stunningly beautiful.The ensuite bathrooms are fabulous with plenty of lovely towels and the kitchen is modern and bright with everything you could possibly require ..... and more. The grounds are enormous with loads of places to explore and relax. The swimming pool is enormous with easy access steps to get in and out and a lovely local gentleman ( Dominique) comes around to clean the pool every few days. There are loads of sunbeds and sun umbrellas outside tables and chairs and lovely outdoor relaxing furniture. The location is incredible - just outside the beautiful town that is Gordes - through a series of narrow roads and laneways, which ensures that once inside the large privacy gates you have total privacy and yet wonderful views of the fantastic countryside that is Vaucluse. Pascal was a wonderful host and was very helpful with directions etc and we were met by a lovely lady ( also Dominique ) who directed us to the house on the first day and showed us around the house and explained all the things that had to be explained. They could not have been more helpful. In summary we had a really wonderful holiday in this beautiful, beautiful house.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour passé dans cette magnifique maison nichée dans la nature. On savoure le grand calme des lieux. Les agencements tant extérieurs qu’intérieurs de la propriété sont de très grande qualité. La grande et très belle piscine est à noter. On se sent tout de suite très bien dans cette maison parfaitement équipée à tous points de vue. Les contacts préalables et l’accueil du propriétaire sont parfaits et l’on se sent en confiance. Une très belle expérience à renouveler dans cette superbe région du Luberon !

The good life in Provence

This is how hollidays should look like: perfect quietness and rest under olive trees, near a blue-colored pool (natural salt water). The view on the Lubéron is spectacular, and there are so many cosy seats around the house that you can enjoy different spots in the garden and terrases. The region has so many to offer, but it was difficult to leave the paradise-like house. And not to forget the very helpful and charming hosts, Pascal and Nathalie.

Un endroit de rêve

Une maison très joliment décorée, une cuisine bien équipée, des chambres confortables, une grande piscine à quelques pas de la maison, le tout dans un environnement magnifique et préservé au milieu de la garrigue. Trois semaines à l'Estello ont filé à toute vitesse et nos hôtes Pascal et Nathalie ont vraiment pensé à tout pour faire de leur propriété le lieu propice à des moments de repos, de convivialité et de zenitude. Pas de doute, nous y reviendrons.

Calme et confort dans une très belle villa

Séjour L’Estello août 2019

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines au Mas L’Estello en août 2019 avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Dominique à notre arrivée au mas. Nous avions eu auparavant plusieurs contacts téléphoniques avec Pascal, le propriétaire, pour organiser notre séjour . Le mas, situé dans les garrigues de Gordes est superbe, dans un environnement au calme. La piscine et les terrasses sont des plus agréables. Les différents villages du Lubéron sont rapidement accessibles au départ du mas. Notre séjour a été parfait. Nous remercions également Dominique et Pascal pour leurs bonnes adresses. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !
