Order a room for dog. Very small room, no windows. Poor quality of duvet and pillows. My friend has stayed there 3 times before and the pillows and duvets fluffy. So disappointed

The male staff at reception should not wear small tight black t-shirts showing off their muscles and tatoos. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never seen male reception staff dressed like this. The room was cold. The room is so small there is barely room to walk around. The breakfast is not good. Cold porridge, runny scambled eggs , etc. No telephone in room to contact reception. No tissues in the room. It's so basic it has become like a budget hotel, but with still high prices. Scandic Hotels have dropped their standards.
