Overall excellent but unfortunately the AC didn't feel like it warmth the room enough. Perhaps a couple of blankets in the cupboard would be a plus. Short walk to shops, restaurants and Soldiers Club.

Building is older but we had a renovated room with updated bathroom. Very good value for money. We only stayed one night in a stop over to Victoria & there was everything we needed in the room including a microwave & plates/bowls which was a bonus.

Doesnt look great from the outside, but the room was a good size, very well set out and appointed, very clean, well lit, included microwave, hot water jug, coffee, tea, etc, wifi that worked. Very comfortable stay. Very good location. Good price.
