The owner has recently renovated all five bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom with great attention to detail and a personal touch. The house offers ample space for up to eight people, with five lovely bedrooms (three doubles and two singles), two bathrooms, and a large, open-plan living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and comfortable sofas. From here, you have direct access to the garden and the large terrace with panoramic views. The holiday home is accessed via a wide driveway, and the courtyard offers plenty of parking. Ty Coz Castel is located very close to the sea and not far from the magnificent dunes of Keremma and the fine sandy beaches. From the holiday home, you'll always have a direct view of the sea and your beautiful garden. This beautiful holiday home enjoys a very quiet location on a hilltop in the village of Goulven in Finistère. The sea (the bay of Goulven), a restaurant, a crêperie, and a small supermarket are all within easy walking distance (approximately 500 meters). Nearby (about 2 km away) you'll find the Hotel "La Butte" with two excellent restaurants (one with a Michelin star), but most importantly, there's Fournil – in my opinion, the best bakery for miles around. For those who enjoy wellness, there's a luxurious spa area. This spa area is open to non-hotel guests for a fee.
