Stay right on the water steps from the Patterson PK Marina and Hemmingway's Restaurant at the Harborview Condos.
This first floor unit boasts an open floorplan with spacious living area and plenty of windows that allow natural light to flow in. Both bedrooms are ample size, with the primary suite featuring large windows with beautiful lake views and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and full bed, with an adjacent full bathroom. If needed, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The eat-in kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a center island, offering ample space for cooking and dining. You can also choose to eat dinner al fresco at the community poolside cooking pavillion featuring outdoor seating, gas grills, and an outdoor TV. If you don't feel like cooking, Hemmingway's and the Pie House are just a 5 minute walk away for dine in or carry out.
Watch the sunset from the enclosed patio and unwind after a day on the lake or trails. Play yard games in the greenspace right outside your patio gate.
