Um hotel com estrutura antiga, tive um pouco de dificuldades para controlar a água fria e o wifi não funcionava direito no quarto que fiquei. Contudo, a equipe foi bem atenciosa, me emprestou um guarda chuva, pois estava chovendo muito forte no meu período de estadia, café da manhã básico, mas gostoso e limpeza foi boa.

Otima estadia.

Muito boa, hotel é aconchegante. Nota-se que é mais antigo, mas não atrapalha em nada a estadia. O banheiro é super espaçoso e o espelho do banheiro é ótimo com iluminação boa. O espelho do quarto também é bom. Apenas os quartos da frente podem escutar um pouco o barulho da rua, porque as janelas não sao bem vedadas. Mas nao me atrapalhou, sugiro um quarto de fundos para quem se incomode muito com barulho. O ar fazia um barulho, mas logo parou. Precisei de ajuda com o chuveiro e resolveram tudo em menos de 15 minutos.

Confesso que fiquei receosa pelas avaliações negativas, mas tive uma ótima surpresa! Fiquei hospedada por 5 dias. O hotel não é antigo, e sim rústico, todo em madeira, muito limpo e bem cuidado. O ambiente é acolhedor e tranquilo. O café da manhã é simples, mas com tudo o que se espera de um bom desjejum: frutas frescas, queijos, pães, doces, café… tudo sempre novo e bem apresentado. Os quartos são limpos diariamente e as toalhas também são trocadas todos os dias. A localização é excelente — a cerca de 10 a 15 minutos do centro, caminhando devagar — e com toda a praticidade por perto: restaurante, farmácia e loja de conveniência a poucos metros. As pessoas que trabalham no hotel são extremamente educadas e atenciosas. Recomendo a estadia.

Foi uma experiência boa, achamos o café da manhã meio sem graça, sempre as mesmas opções e fraco, se você tem rinite vá preparado com remédios pois já é uma reclamação frequente a limpeza deste hotel e continua não sendo uma das melhores, o chuveirinho do meu quarto que fica ao lado do vaso também estava só de enfeite e não funcionava, tem muito a melhorar neste hotel mas não é tão ruim, pelo preço vale a pena até porque vamos para conhecer a cidade e não ficar só no hotel né… mas poderiam ter uma limpeza e conforto melhor

Em relação ao custo benefício é ótimo. O café da manhã é ok, os lençóis sempre bem limpos e as camareiras bem educadas e organizadas. Só o edredom que parecia estar um pouco empoeirado. Os funcionários de maneira geral são educados e a localização é perfeita para o centro de gramado.

Atendimento razoável, serviço de quarto deixa um pouco a desejar. Cafe da manhã bem simples. Foram deixados sabonetes com a data de validade expirada. O box do banheiro não fecha muito bem. Em alguns dias tinha bastante moscas no salão do café. Roupas de cama muito antigas.
