O hotel estava em soft opening. Pessoal muito educado, café da manhã maravilhoso. Só não gostei que no primeiro dia coloquei a placa de não perturbe no quarto e o pessoal da faxina entrou no quarto e arrumou.

Foi tudo maravilhoso do início ao fim. O hotel novíssimo, ainda cheira a tinta, a objetos novos. A área de lazer ainda não estava liberada, mas eu fui ciente, e eles disponibilizaram a área de lazer do outro hotel da rede que fica quase ao lado. A localização é EXCELENTE. Você faz tudo a pé. Café da manhã sensacional. Eu amei e com certeza ficarei novamente na minha volta a Gramado.
