Lovely, QUIET hotel just a 8-10 minute walk from the main street, so a perfect balance of calm and relaxation with easy access to the main attractions in the city. Absolutely beautiful, euro-style chalet.Our room was great but 2nd suite could use more natural light, other than that it was a wonderful hotel.

Foi minha pior estadia em hotel. Nunca passei tanto frio. Ar só pra gelar, aquecedor ligado no mínimo, não aquecia nada, e de coberta para se cobrir ao dormir, somente uma mantinha fina. Ligamos durante a noite 3x para a recepção nos trazer cobertas, ninguém atendeu. Se forem para lá levem cobertores. O que eu acho um absurdo. Lareira na sala do hotel, só ENFEITE! PÉSSIMO!!!

Nossa estadia foi muito boa. O quarto era pequeno mas bem funcional, e bem limpo tbém. A cama era confortável, banheiro limpo e o chuveiro muito bom, bem quente. O café da manhã estava excelente, todos os dias, com muita variedade. O atendimento dos funcionários, tanto na recepção quanto nas demais partes do hotel, foi incrível. Depende do quarto que te colocam. Existem alguns quartos do hotel que ainda não tem Ar condicionado quente, dependendo de calefação central, que é muito fraca. Esses mesmos quartos, necessitam urgente de reforma, pintura, estao bem abaixo do padrão de hoteis de gramado. Trocaram a gente de quarto por um ok. Ja fomos 37 vezes para gramado, e o hotel não fica nem na media basica.

Hotel excelente! Tudo muito limpo e organizado, quarto amplo e arrumado, café da manhã farto e delicioso, funcionários super solícitos. Os recepcionistas são muito gentis, simpáticos e prestam ótimo atendimento; a moça que realiza a organização dos quartos é um amor de pessoa; e não tenho nem palavras para elogiar o pessoal da cozinha! Problema com aquecedor na noite que estava com sensação térmica de -6. O ar condicionado só tem temperatura fria, muito complicado com temperatura baixa. Me mudaram de quarto onde o ar tinha função quente e frio.
