Os funcionários foram muito educados e atenciosos. O café da manhã era feito com muito carinho. A arrumação do quarto era feita diariamente, caso solicitado ou deixada a chave na recepção. A cama era bem confortável. Fica perto do Mini mundo e basta descer uma ladeira para chegar, praticamente, no centro da cidade.

Grata surpresa em Gramado

A primeira reserva da pousada foi a nossa e a conexão com a dona foi quase que imediata! O ambiente é muito acolhedor, a infraestrutura é boa, a localização é ótima para passeios a pé no centro da cidade. Toda a equipe que estava com ela foi atenciosa, nos sentimentos em casa! O co-anfitrião é um cachorrinho muito simpático. Ao final, vibramos juntos com as reservas de novos hóspedes!
