Huoneiston pinta-ala
Arvokas ullakko Albayzínissa, Arabian julistamassa naapurustossa, ihmiskunnan perintö, sijoitettu sen alaosaan (keskustaan, lähellä Plaza Nuevaa), terassilla ja huoneilla, joista on näköala Alhambraan, täysin uusia ja varustettuja, kapasiteetilla 2 aikuiselle ja vuodesohva muille 2: lle.

Uusi huoneisto, jossa on kaksi erillistä kerrosta, ylimmässä kerroksessa 1 makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jotka voidaan yhdistää toisiinsa (1,60 cm.), Kylpyhuone ja upea terassi näköalalla Alhambraan. Pohjakerroksessa on oleskelutila, jossa on vuodesohva (1,35 cm), jossa voi nukkua kaksi henkilöä, sekä lisäkylpyhuone ja keittiö. Se on myös hyvin lähellä ravintoloita, baareja, supermarketteja, hedelmäosastoa, apteekkia, käsitöitä, matkailuneuvontatoimistoa ja kaikenlaisia kauppoja. On mahdollista kävellä kaikkiin kaupungin paikkoihin ja lisäksi se on erittäin hyvät linja-autolla. Pystymme auttamaan tarvittavissa tiedoissa, aikatauluissa ja turistien kiinnostavilla alueilla.
Naapurusto ympäröi kiinnostavia rakennuksia ja monumentteja. ”Surullisten ihmisten kävelymatkan” vieressä, arvokas kierros Darro-jokea pitkin, nauttien Alhambran nähtävyyksistä. Linja-autot numerot 35 ja 31 palvelevat tätä aluetta. Linja-autojen lisäksi, jotka kulkevat suoraan Granadan lentokentälle, linja-autoasemalle tai rautatieasemalle yhdessä Alhambraan kulkevan bussin kanssa.
Lisäksi siellä on taksipysäkki. Auton saatavuus koko Granadan keskustaan on hyvin rajallinen kenellekään asukkaille. Tästä syystä suosittelemme jättämään auton julkisessa pysäköintialueessa lähellä huoneistoa tai jättämään sen asumiseen ja sieltä ottamaan taksin huoneistoon. Mielestäni tämä on taloudellisin tapa

Wonderful location, comfortable bed, spectacular views! We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We loved being in the middle of the historic Albaicin. It was a short walk to anywhere we wanted to go in Granada. What an amazing city. The listing does not mention a washing machine, but there is one. Do not use it! It will not go well for you.

Beautiful view from balcony. Apartment was as described in the listing. Easy walk to city center. Host responded to apartment power outage promptly with instructions to fix the problem. Also, Host provided help in finding a taxi company who would traverse the narrow road that the apartment is on. Uber does not pick at the house because of this. Having all those instructions written for guests would be very helpful.

Excellent location

Apartment is very well equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent - close to restaurants, taxi, bus line, and the Alhambra. The views from the apartment are amazing. Only caution is that there are alot of stairs up to the apartment. Host was easy to contact & responded quickly to our questions. Definitely recommend this apartment!

Great location, incredible view of Alhambra

My wife and I loved this VRBO. Lying in bed, looking up at the Alhambra at night. . .and sitting out on the rooftop patio having wine made the place magical. Very easy to get to from the old flat part of the city.We did have trouble finding it, as GPS sent us to not just the wrong location, but the wrong street! The nice owner eventually told us to use the next door neighbor's address and that took us to the right location. The stair up to the apartment are a bit daunting with luggage, but remember, you only bring the luggage up once, so it's not a big deal!But would definitely recommend this apartment.

Absolutely stay here!

Perfect in every way! View better than from any other location. Hosts most helpful and thorough in explaining whatever you need. (If you are older the stairs are steep. It was hard for us to see the numbers on the lockbox.) I highly recommend!

This apartment is incredible! The location is fabulous and the view of the Alhambra…. There are no words! It has to be seen to be believed! Granada is Beautiful

Let's just say that Granada is a jewel of a town. We loved this place and wished we had stayed longer. The apartment was quite perfect for a visiting location. Very quiet and the views from the terrace are exactly as shown. The apartment was clean and tidy. No issues with the check in. There was a small issue with the communication with the management but this was a small inconvenience and has since been rectified. We had a great time during our visit. We will return when we can.

The best place to stay in Granada, surely!

The apartment was in an incredible location and the views were spectacular. Made it a really lovely place to just stop and spend time at, resting after a long day hiking up and down the hilly landscape of Granada! The host was extremely communicative and friendly, would highly recommend and we really hope to visit again sometime soon!

The apartment worked very well for us, easy access (2 short flights of steps), decent kitchen & bathroom, very comfy bed! But it is the mesmerising view of Alhambra - fabulous, from the shaded balcony (overhead electric blind) or kitchen window below. Loved it! Easy communication with host.

Excellent stay!

We really loved this VRBO experience. Great location near lots of restaurants, markets, and the Plaza Nueve. The owners were very responsive to my many questions, and gave excellent directions for accessing the accommodations. We found that google maps wanted to direct us (and our taxi driver) to the *wrong* 22 (owners will explain) so we had more success putting in [street name] 20. And as others have posted, you can't get a better view of the Alhambra! We spent a lot of time sitting on that unbelievable balcony, just enjoying the view. Thanks so much, Rosa y Victoria!
