Wonderful hotel a five minute walk from the entrance to the Alhambra. The staff is welcoming, the service is excellent and the rooms are quite lovely. The rates are very reasonable for such a high-quality experience.

The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant has been very friendly. I felt very welcomed here. The room was also quite comfortable. However the food quality at the breakfast buffet needs some improvement. It had some variety but the taste wasn't so good.

Great location

Ahhh, the Alhambra!

The rooms are spacious and elegant. Our room seemed so fresh and clean. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed. We had a beautiful view of the Alhambra from our window. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and very welcoming. They went out of their way to be helpful.

Proximity makes expense worth it!

The shower did not drain properly and when I informed the hotel, they brought me extra towels to soak up the floor and it appeared to be fixed the next day. The amenity soaps at the bathtub were empty and again, the front desk immediately brought us replacements. I found the front desk staff very efficient and courteous. The sauna is located on a short walk outside in the cold weather, so we could not use it. The hotel is an 8 minute walk to the front of the Alhambra. Walking down to the old city center was easy too (15-20 min) and a red shuttle was an inexpensive ride back up to the top.

Wonderful people and location.

Everyone was so helpful from the front desk to the servers at breakfast. Fabulous location. Truly steps away from the Alhambra entrance. Very tranquil and nicely finished. Beautiful and safe walk down into town - nature filled locarion. I will be back!!

The staff were fantastic. Utter stars. They seemed genuinely delighted to help accommodate us. The views of the Alhambra were magnificent. Can't believe we could sleep while looking at it. Easy transport, hop on hop off train literally outside the door and taxis/ local bus just outside up the hill nearer Alhambra entrance. (Taxis within minutes if called) Lovely walk down the hill towards gate of the pomegranates / city centre. Would happily stay here again, worth every penny

If your main purpose is to visit La Alhambra, the location is perfect. The staff is extremely kind and collaborative. The hotel facilities are in very good condition.
