Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine and a television. Your private terrace with a comfortable seating area and sun loungers, invites you to relax under the warm sun with a good book. In the shared outdoor area, you will also find a pool (heated), a children’s pool and an outdoor shower which are available for your use. Restaurants and bars are located approximately 4 minutes away on foot and the shopping centre Centro Comercial La Tejita is a 2-minute walk away (150 m). In approximately 5 minutes on foot (550 m) you will reach the nudist beach La Tejita and a smaller beach, Playa del Confital, is 8 minutes away on foot (650 m).
