Located in Pereybère in a domain of 18 penthouses and secure apartments, this penthouse on two levels of 220 m2 offers an exceptional setting with its sea and mountain view (accessible by elevator). As soon as you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by our hostess, who will take the time to introduce you to the penthouse and all its features (TV, Wi-Fi, etc.).

Relax in the living room with TV, equipped with air conditioning, elegantly furnished and bathed in natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern equipment, and opens onto a terrace with dining table (6 seats), garden furniture, perfect for your outdoor meals.

Outside, 2 deckchairs invite you to enjoy the sun, perfect for moments of relaxation.

The villa has 2 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms (without rotor). Each room includes a dressing room and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For your comfort, we provide bed linen, as well as bath sheets and beach towels.

Outside, on the rooftop the jacuzzi is ideal for moments of relaxation with an incomparable lagoon view.

Every detail of this penthouse is designed for your comfort and entertainment: a connected TV only in the living room, with access to YouTube, local channels + Internet Smart TV. In addition, the dressing room of one of the suites is equipped with a safe to secure your valuables.

To facilitate your arrival, we provide you with essential products to start your stay in peace.

You will find a bottle of water in the refrigerator to cool off, as well as the following items: salt, pepper, sugar, tea, dishwashing liquid, sponge, hand soap, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 coffee capsules and 2 laundry capsules.

Your stewardess is present 3 times a week for the maintenance of the penthouse. This service is included in the price of your stay and more cleaning may be agreed upon for an additional fee.

In case of need, our maintenance service, provided by Noah, will be available to respond quickly to any request or technical problem.

To guarantee your comfort, check-in takes place between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. (possible from 9 a.m. subject to availability).
