Parking is fine, very limited staff! The cleaning is lacking, stains on the walls, no amenities, all you get is a small bar of soap. Wouldn’t stay here again. You get what you pay for which isn’t much. If you don’t mind all that and just want to lay your head somewhere then stay here.

One day I went to get coffee close to end time & was offered to make more which I said was okay cuz I knew going later it was a possibility of being low but I do appreciate the gesture. Staff was kind. Check in @ out was simple & fast. Clean rooms. Good location. Thank you for the stay

My only complaint about this motel was there was no chair in the room. It wasn’t a problem for me, but my guest had a health condition that made eating in bed and sitting up in bed without back support very uncomfortable. When I asked the front desk about it they said all the chairs were on back order. Everything else was wonderful, including the staff. The fridge and microwave were extremely convenient and this room was an absolute bargain for the price. Love the location too, it was centrally located in Williams and all the restaurants and attractions were a quick walk away.

Somewhat hard to find since there are three Motel 6's relatively close to each other in Williams. Nothing special, just the basics which all worked well except for the slow internet.

I actually have stayed in many a budget hotel room and I have never had an issue in the past and I also have never written a bad review in my life. I realize I booked a budget motel room but I did not expect to have zero hot water available to me. I was supposed to stay three nights but ended up only staying one because I could not take a shower after my 10 hour car ride. Apparently I missed the most recent reviews that the hot water had been out over a week since the reviews on Expedia default to most relevant and not most recent! Having no hot water is definitely a relevant review to me! Management claimed it had just gone out the hour before which was a lie. They also refused to refund me for the additional nights but eating the two nights was worth it just so I could have a hot shower after hiking all day the next day at the Grand Canyon. I think its in poor taste to not be up front with your guests about something like this and to lie about the situation after they find out. Luckily we stopped other people in the parking lot to let them know about the situation ahead of time so others hopefully wouldn't be stuck paying for a room without hot water too. Bottom line, honesty is the best policy. I am actually passing through Williams again next year for several days and might have stayed again at this hotel had they been up front about the situation but I will definitely be re-booking again with the amazing hotel that I found down the street.

I would really like a partial refund could not even take a shower because hot water did not work. They said that they were working on it and it never got fixed and the heater barely kept the room, warm sheets and blankets covered in stains.
