The property is under VOCO name, a little hard to see from the street cause it is under remodelation, no breakfast as advertised. Besides that everything is fine, rooms very clean and modern decor with everything you need for a nice stay.

The room itself was very comfortable. Though it was odd that there was no microwave or coffee maker. Bed was comfy. As others have mentioned, this place is under MAJOR construction. So no elevator access to upper floors. And getting to our room was a lot of walking. Fine for us, but if we had big bags, or had any physical issues, it wouldn’t be great. Breakfast was packaged crackers and pastries. Front office folks were nice.

Construction Zone

This hotel is currently undergoing major construction, which significantly impacts the overall experience. I wish I had known in advance, as I would have chosen a different location. The main entrance is being completely redone, and the only access to the rooms is through the back of the building, where lighting is quite limited. Inside, I noticed construction workers sitting in the hallways and stairwells (assuming they were on break), which felt a bit uncomfortable. The new room outlets have built-in LED night lights that cannot be turned off, which was slightly inconvenient for sleep quality. Additionally, highway noise from I-40 is quite noticeable. That said, once renovations are finished, the updated look will likely be sleek and modern—but it seems like that may take some time.

The hotel was under construction. The lobby was in shambles, the breakfast was next to workers cutting tile. the outside doors were not locked and construction began at 7:30AM. It should required to tell people when the hotel is in this state. By the time we got there it was too late find another hotel. Very dissatisfied with poor communication and zero customer service.

Property currently under construction. Concerned that there was only one emergency exit available from 2nd floor, as other staircase was blocked for construction of an elevator. In addition, found the room to be dark, we did not care for the solid black wall in the room. The room was clean. Staff we encountered were not welcoming, nor apologetic about the inconvenience caused by construction.

All right.

The place is under renovation and I wasn’t informed of this before. The room was actually very good and I believe I was the first to stay in it but it still had a fresh paint smell to it. Overall it was good just didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t informed to the renovations.

The property is in the process of being remodeled. It did appear that they were doing everything they could to make stays comfortable. My biggest complaint was there was no ground level entry. You have to go in the back door and down a small flight of stairs, walk the entire length of the lower level to get to the check in desk. I am disabled and if I had known that we might have stayed at a different property.
