35 minute walk to BEACH, Lake Michigan access at Grand Haven State Park for beachfront fun!

BEDROOM LAYOUT:
3 Beds and 4 Baths total
2 bedrooms and 2 full baths located on the third floor
1 bedroom and 1 full bath located on ground floor (same floor as garage)
Kitchen and living room on 2nd floor.

MASTER BEDROOM has a queen bed with attached full bathroom (shower ONLY). USB ports in the nightstand for charging your cell phone, as well as the living room side tables.

SECOND BEDROOM has a queen bed and full bathroom (bathtub and shower combo).

3RD BEDROOM has pull out sofa bed, a loveseat couch (two-seater) opens into a fold-out bed. Full bathroom next to 3rd bedroom (bathtub and shower combo).

Portable Crib and Pack ’n play on site..
All bedrooms have Smart TV’s and Alexa.
Bed and Bath linens provided.
Sleeps 6 adults.

3 min car ride to Imagination Station on Mulligan Drive. It features a large outdoor play area for children with swings, slides, and an open field.
Craigs Cruisers bumper cars, DEFY indoor playground and Michigan's Adventure in Muskegon.
Visit the local Nature Center in West Olive.

Portside Condominium is next to Wharf Marina and Yacht Club in Ottawa County. Near the Grand River Boardwalk. Go shopping in Spring Lake, or places nearby in Norton Shores, Ferrysburg, Nunica, Fruitport, Holland, and Coopersville.

Great place and very close to downtown, boardwalk and beach. Will definitely stay there again! Only con was it was advertised as 3 bedrooms and really only 2 with a very cheap pull out bed, other than that a great experience!

Nice comfortable stay the host was accommodating. We were very satisfied with the quick response we received from the host. Just a few minor things I would address perhaps new bedding sheets for the master they have definitely seen there days and the dust on the nightstand in the master and perhaps the cleaning staff could do a better job of the dust under the sofa. We enjoyed the fact that it was very close to restaurants some within walking distance.

Jenn’s place is very clean with a beautiful set up. It is close to downtown which made walking to shops and restaurants easy. Great communication with owner as well. My family and I had an amazing time! Highly recommend and we hope yo stay here again.

Great place to stay for a family with young kids (3 YO and 6 YO). Very clean and well equipped, especially with items to accommodate little ones……multiple step stools, outdoor toys, a bathroom on each floor and 2 bath tubs for bathing. Plus it’s right next to a park and a 5 minute walk to downtown. Would definitely come back!

Overall, our stay in this VRBO was ok. It was in a nice location and an easy walk to downtown. However, when we stayed at this rental we ran into a hot water issue. The host wanted us to try and fix the issue on our own before calling for a handyman to come. We had to hault part of our vacation time to have the guys try and fix the hot water issue. Once they tried to fix it for awhile, they were finally able to get in contact with a handyman to come and fix the issue. It didn't get resolved until after 7:00 PM that night. We went 24 hours without hot water. The host said that the handyman came to fix the issue just prior to us arriving for our stay but still wasn't able to catch that the hot water wasn't working prior to our arrival.. That was a huge let down that we were paying all this money to stay in this rental and a fundamental amenity was out for over half of our stay. We weren't given a partial refund for the inconvenience of the water being out and for the host asking us to try and fix the issue on our own when we were paying her money to stay in her rental.. If you are planning on going to the beach, this rental doesn't have plastic containers, ziplock bags, beach towels, or any other necessities needed for the beach and packing lunches at the beach. Pack accordingly if you are planning on taking your family to the beach.

Long Michigan weekend

Wonderful Stay – Perfect Location!We loved our stay here! The condo is located right on the main strip into downtown Grand Haven, which made walking to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the marina (including the Saturday farmers market) super easy—all within about 1/2 mile. There is some street traffic noise due to the location, but the proximity to everything far outweighed that. The space was clean, comfortable, and worked great for our group of 5 adults. Jenny, our host, was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely recommend this place and hope to return!

Very Kid Friendly House

Overall we were very pleased with this house! The toys for kids were a great bonus. Location was nice. Only “complaint” would be there were a few things that weren’t stocked in the house. No hair dryer, wine glasses, and a few other kitchen items we looked for.
