Retreat to the mountains at this magnificent, newly built residence featuring breathtaking views of the mountains and lake, along with a luxurious interior designed 5-bedroom home that accommodates up to 10 guests. This remarkable mountain residence showcases beetle-kill hardwood flooring on the main level, complemented by hand-hewn wooden plank ceilings and custom cabinetry.
In the living area on the primary floor, you can admire the stunning mountain and lake views through the south-facing windows, unwind on the comfortable furnishings, enjoy the gas fireplace, watch the flat-screen TV, and easily access the spacious deck, which is perfect for outdoor dining during the warmer months.
The open floor plan includes a dining area with seating for up to six, along with additional spots at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything necessary for preparing delightful meals during your stay.
A full bathroom with a shower enclosure is conveniently located for all guests and is adjacent to the second bedroom, which features a queen-sized bed. Across the hallway, the primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, an en-suite spa-inspired bathroom, and beautiful views to enjoy as you drift off to sleep, along with access to a private deck.
The lower level of the home includes a half bathroom and a secondary living room furnished for comfort, along with a custom wet bar for quick refreshments while watching the flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is equipped with a twin bunk bed and a single twin bed, providing a perfect space for younger guests to have their own area, complete with a flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the lower-level patio. Both the third and fourth bedrooms share access to the hallway bathroom. Additionally, a fifth bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, serving as a secondary primary suite.
Our home is within 6 miles of downtown Grand Lake and western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Enjoy year round outdoor activities that include boating, fishing, paddle boarding, hiking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.
Additional amenities include a 2 car garage parking, laundry room, in-floor radiant heating, private deck with lake views, free Wi-Fi and please be advised that air conditioning is not available.
Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
Parking: There is a 2 car garage and outdoor parking spots in front of the garage for 2 additional vehicles. Please no parking on the street.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
