The spacious floor plan makes the main living area an ideal spot for family gatherings. The main living room boasts vaulted ceilings that highlight the fireplace and a large array of windows, enhancing the bright natural light. Surrounding the roaring gas fireplace are numerous plush furnishings that invite you to unwind and enjoy a family movie on the large flat-screen television, or you may choose to disconnect from technology and take advantage of the expansive private deck, complete with furniture, scenic views, and a BBQ grill.
Culinary enthusiasts in your family will appreciate the gourmet kitchen, which is well-equipped with ample custom cabinetry. Guests can gather around the large dining room table nearby, providing plenty of space for everyone during mealtimes.
On this main level, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and access to the main hallway bathroom.
The second level features a spacious open living area that overlooks the main living room below and includes a dedicated work station, as well as a twin trundle bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The primary suite is equipped with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom.
The lower level of the home presents an open floor plan that includes a game room, a half bathroom, a laundry room, and two sets of twin trundle beds, making it perfect for a children's private retreat.
The home is located within close proximity to downtown Grand Lake and nearby shops, restaurants and local outdoor recreation including 5 minutes from the Grand Lake championship 18 hole golf course, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park and boating on 3 nearby lakes including Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain and Lake Granby.
Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. Renters are not allowed to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs, or Columbine Lake. Parking is not allowed on any Columbine Lake road or community property.
Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Free Wi-FI, all bedrooms have a TV, guests can use personal streaming services.
Parking: There are 4 outdoor parking spots. Please no parking on the complex roads.
House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM. The wood fireplace is not to be used by guests.
