The hotel is in terrible condition, bathroom was absolutely disgusting, wires were dangling from air conditioner, blow dryer didn’t work.The bottom line is you get what you pay for.

Do not stay there. I knew the minute I parked in the parking lot, it would not be good. Staff barely speaks English. I told the staff right away that I wanted to pay cash and not use the card that was on file, he ignored me and ran my card. The room has dirt stains on many spots on the floor, and I am not one to exaggerate. There were stains on the white bedding. There was no air conditioning, the thermostat would not turn on And it was extremely hot/stale in the hotel room. The staff gave me back a refund without even questioning me, which almost makes me think this is a common thing for them.

When we checked in, we went to our room, and upon entering, I noticed that the bed was unmade. I quickly looked around and saw a man's belt on the table, a man's clothing on the floor, empty beer cans on the floor, and the bathroom light was on. Clearly there was someone in that room and my daughter and I were scared, and quickly left and went down to the front desk. I was given a key to a new room, which was unoccupied but the toilet didn't flush. The only thing that was said to me about any of it was a brief apology. I won't return to that property.

We felt externally unsafe. The air conditioning didn’t work, it was 77 degrees in our room with the ac on low. The outlet that the air conditioning was plugged into was literally sparking and extremely hot to the touch. The picture attached is not a light, that is metal being heated and red hot. there were blood stains all over the floor, the staff was awful at check in and never Spoke to us only to each other in their language. We had to leave this location for the fear of our safety.

Pulling in there were homeless people lined up along the wall that separates the hotel from a gas station. Looking at the building it seemed alright, the lobby was nice, and so was staff, but as soon as we paid we were told "Oh by the way theres no hot tub". One of the main reasons I booked here. I questioned why it said there was on multiple booking sites including their personal website, and the response I got was, "We have a pretty big arcade if you'd like to check that out"... I drove quite a ways for a concert as did many others and a lot of hotels were full. I just wanted to relax, but what can ya do, right? There's a $50 deposit, no problem, this is common, but from what I've read nobody ever gets the deposit back. I havent gotten mine back yet, but its not even been a full week, so we shall see. Upon walking into the room there are burn holes everywhere. The carpets, the curtains, the bathroom counter. Pen stains across the floors. Hair in the sink, and in the shower. Mystery ick smeared across the walls. Found someones earring under the bed by the bedside table. The sheets were clean, and smelled fresh, but man that bed left me in rough shape. The breakfast is a joke, ya'll. Donut holes, and mini muffins from the nearest Walmart, and some choices of cereal. Coffee tasted like water. Don't book here. I've stayed at much nicer for cheaper on my many adventures.

The Expedia summary and pictures of the property were completely misleading. The hotel is disgusting and there is not a hot tub. The hot tub was filled in with cement so clearly it's been like this. The rooms were gross, with paint peeling and water stained ceilings. The hallways smelled awful. Breakfast was late as the guy supposed to be setting it up was sitting on his phone eating bread until 30 minutes late and he finally realized he didn't finish getting everything out, which wasn't much as it was. Money should be refunded for this whole situation!

Definitely cheap and affordable for a weekend stay. We wanted extra pillows because the ones we had were super tiny and flat. They didnt have anymore pillows to give out. The covers had cigarette burns in it and stains. The bath tub wasn't in the best shape. Bed was comfortable though.

This hotel is awful. The building is old and run down. The carpet in the rooms and hall old and stained. Our shower head did not work. No water came out of that. Only tub spout. Lever did not work for water to come out of shower head. Bathroom tiles falling off shower wall. The heating/cooling register was super loud! Worse stay ever in a hotel !!

We never got out of the car. The place looked like it was out of business. There were homeless people laying down on the cement around the building and parking lot with shopping carts of their stuff. We called hotels.com and explained what we saw, they said no one answered the phone when they tried to contact them. Got an email the next morning that they would not refund our money. I didn’t feel good about my car being in the parking lot let alone going in the place.

BAD!

Hot tub - there is NOT. Pool room smells badly of black mold. Everything is dirty and outdated. The carpets looked like they havent been cleaned maybe ever..Breakfast was continental - no hot bar / eggs of any kind. DON'T BE DECIEVED BY THE PICTURES! And Don't stay here.
