Comfort and reasonable

It was a last minute get away and wanted to find something affordable but clean and we went tk the right place. Everything was exceptional and would stay again. It was off 28th which was near everything and easy access to the highway.

Disgusting room

Not impressed. Checked into room and everything looked good at first. Realized after I was fully unpacked and had been there a while, that the bathroom ceiling in the shower had black mold. Vents were also filthy, and room had paint chipping from trim, which was all over the flooring. I mentioned the mold to the front desk and was told that issues must be reported in the first fifteen minutes. I was stuck with that room as I was in town for business and couldn’t leave. Also had a very hard time sleeping due to noise. Walls are thin and I could hear walking around in the room above me all night. Not impressed.

I stayed at this property about 8 years ago, seems they had just remodeled the property. So I chose this property again because of past experience. The place was still clean but you can see where it's starting to decline. I'll never understand why properties don't keep things up when something needs to be fixed. Keep in mind, everything I am saying, is minor but I can see the difference from 8 years ago. If you are a light sleeper, request an even number room. Odd numbers are on the side of the freeway and you can hear the vehicles. The WIFI definately needs improvement. Was going to do some work while I was staying there and needless to say, I didn't get anything done. VERY SLOW, so if you are looking to do some remote work, this place is not for you if you rely on the property's WIFI. Other than those comments, it was clean and was worth what I paid for the room. May have to look into another property due to the WIFI issues at this one.

This hotel is very racist they wanted to keep my deposit over towels my 4 year old daughter spilled juice the first night and I cleaned it up with a towel . I stayed here for 3 weeks , every time they cleaned my room they wanted to see my towels then when I was checking out they said we ruined 4 towels and they were keeping my $50 for towels I demanded to see the towels we ruined because I knew we didn’t the room was very clean I made sure of it I bought my own cleaning supplies since we were going to be there for 3 weeks . I told them that I could buy 100s of towels for $50 and that they all had new Cadillacs so 4 towels wasn’t going to flip their business upside down the hotel has no gym , pool or anything just towels !!!! The main lobby always smelled bad and it’s overly price for what your getting the tubs are old and outdated

Was looking forward to a stay according to others “VG” rating however the hotel is not what I d hoped for. Overall clean and staff was pleasant but the room was very noisy. Could hear people across the hall in their rooms and they were yelling but rather having normal conversation. That’s okay except it was 3:30 am. Beds were comfy but springs were noisy when you moved around. Only stayed one night and probably would not stay again.
