Guests drunk, screaming at 130am, threw glass into the pool so couldnt use that. Arcade was ransacked by kids who destroyed it and broke games and staff had no quarters. Kids running up and down halls alll night. Had a part of 15 in our group and couldnt even sit together to play a board game due to the 5 other parties who destroyed the pool and common area.

The stay was excellent! We had previously stayed with oir dog, Jasmine. Jasmine passed recently and we were going to be back in the area so when I booked the room, I requested the room we stayed in with her previously. The staff went above and beyond in making sure we got the room and they left a thoughtful card in the room for us as well.

Bed was so comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Staff were very kind. Breakfast was average. I do not recommend a pool side room. Very noisy at night. Overall it was a good stay.
