The room was filthy. Bathroom had stains and flakes of things in the corners. Bedroom had nail clippings on the floor. It literally looked like all the housekeeping team did was change the trashes and sheets.

Horrible hotel

It was awful . We were in town for a wrestling tournament. The restaurant was closed , the pool and hot tub were also closed . The room had cigarette butts all over floor , the sheets were dirty and we had bugs come out of our faucet . Place is gross . I don’t recommend . They also told us they would give us a discount for the issues and never did . Also had two guys clearly on drugs who have been staying at hotel over a month , take over the patio with loud music and who kept approaching our kids all over hotel . I do NOT recommend this place at all .

Just kinda got a room to crash for the night after a concert. I would have stuck around the grounds more if the pool or hot tub was available. Would much prefer a rear facing room next time if I do go back.

This was a non smoking property but many people were smoking In the bathroom paint was chipping and peeling off of the wall. The pool was closed Some buttons were missing off of the elevator We could hear every time another guest used the restroom The walls were very thin and we could hear everything that went on in the next room

The building itself was nice, but when entering our room we realized they must not do too much cleaning. We found a disgusting cracked lap top in the side table drawer and counters look like they had barely been wiped down. The air nor the heat were on in the room and it was FREEZING. We decided to pump the heat for a little bit, come to find out the vents and air had a very foul fishy smell coming out of them. We requested a room change, when arriving in the new room half of the electricity was not working. The mini fridge, microwave, television, etc all didn’t work. I gave up and checked out of our room. I would rather drive home late at night than spend the night there. Also one of the beds had a mattress protector on it and the other did not and was full of stains that looked like blood. Just overall not the greatest experience and wouldn’t book there ever again. Also the pool and hot tub both didn’t work either, and with the cleanliness of the rooms I wouldn’t want to use those facilities anyways.

Upon arrival I was informed of major issues and failed amenities that were offered to us st time of booking and in hotel description. But, we were willing to overlook because check in was at 4:00 PM AND we hadn’t the time to make other lodging arrangements. No Pool No Restaurant NO hot water.
