The front desk ladies were very helpful with our TV in our room at 9pm at night when we arrived as we could not figure out how it worked. Also the cleaning ladies did an excellent job with cleaning our room daily by making our bed and wiping down all the counters etc. We felt very comfortable but we only used the room for sleeping.

The staff is more than likely the best your going to get in the grande prairie area. Friendly, helpful, always willing to take time for you and understanding. The building is in good standing not a 5* but for the price compared to others ive seen it might as well be. If your here for work or a quick stop you should definitely consider this as your first option.
