This all-ground-floor property comes with one double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a double with TV and a twin (zip/link, can be made into king-size on request) with TV, together sleeping six people and served by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a patio area with furniture and a hot tub. 10 The Link is a wonderful base for exploring this part of Cumbria.

Flookburgh is an ancient village on the Cartmel peninsula, resting close to the shores of Morecambe Bay on the outskirts of the Lake District National Park. Within the village you will find a range of amenities, including two pubs, a grocery, a chemist, a Post Office and two food outlets. From here, you can explore the Cumbrian Coastal Way footpath or visit Edwardian resort of Grange.
