There was a bit of a mixup when we checked in as I'd booked one night, then another, so were charged an extra fiver - then when we were unpacking, another extra fiver... Seemingly I'd booked a "private bathroom" which didn't mean "ensuite". Perhaps it should say "bathroom for exclusive use" as it's not very private having to go across the corridor! Apart from that, everything else was fine, it makes a great base for exploring the area - including Woolsthorpe Manor is lovely and the birthplace of Sir Isaac Newton (and the apple tree is still there!)
