Excelente estadia

Hotel muito bom! Pesoal receptivo e gentil. Estrutura excelente, principalmente quem tem crianças e adolescentes. Vista belíssima, quartos espaçosos, confortáveis e com varanda. Precisa de alguns cuidados na conservação, mas, nada que prejudique a estadia. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Essa é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos, e viremos outras vezes. Recomendo

Muito bom

Hotel fazenda, para casais, principalmente com crianças e adolescentes. Localização privilegiada, lindas vistas em volta, atendimento cordial e atencioso, Cafe da manhã muito bom, como também as áreas de recreação e laser. Quarto espaçoso e confortável, enfim, valeu a pena.

Grande infraestrutura: manutenção urgente

Fiquei 2 noites neste hotel que há muito tempo desejava conhecer, visto que já conheço todos os outros de Gravatá. Vou ser sincera. Assim deve ser a minha avalição. Ao chegar, a moça da recepção informou que eu só tinha reserva para 1 noite. Mostrei que eram 2 noites. Simples: era só averiguar no sistema. Ao me dirigir ao quarto, percebi quão depauperadas estão as instalações do hotel: corrimão descascando; escadas precisando tanto de pintura como de limpeza ( faz tempo que não passam uma vassoura diante de tanta poeira); plantas sem vida; ao abrir a porta do quarto, a situação se agravou: cortinas imundas (desculpe-me pela palavra, mas não acho outra); fronhas encardidas; toalhas gastas; a TV tem NETFLIX e YOUTUBE (oba!!). Quase que pedia o cancelamento de 1 diária, pois realmente não me senti acolhida e confortável naquele quarto. Quanto à piscina morna , ela estava com aparência de falta de limpeza (não entrei). Café da manhã farto e diversificado, porém moscas sobrevoavam a área; mesas gastas apresentando o MDF inchado. Pedi uma tapioca (só havia eu no restaurante): demorou. Como não veio, eu pedi de novo. O jovem pediu desculpas e afirmou que se esqueceu ( achei linda a verdade/sinceridade). Área verde ao redor não existe: tudo com aspecto seco e descuidado. Sim: o meu carro ficou levando sol. Há um estacionamento que proporciona sombra debaixo das árvores. Perdão! Não posso recomendar o hotel aos amigos. Merece manutenção urgente.
