Around back, an expansive gated deck extends from the Muskoka Room to the Great Room with an outdoor dining table, sitting area and play area for kids! Granite stairs cascade down to the water, passing multiple outdoor seating areas. A beautiful boardwalk leads to the rooftop of the boathouse where you can bask in the sun on the loungers. Down below, a dock with seating enables a second vantage point of taking in the view and deep water off the end. Nearby the parking area there is a beautiful private community beach that is excellent for children to play and swim.
