We were given a room with double beds instead of a king bed which we had reserved. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was within walking distance to downtown.

Toilet did not flush upon arrival. It was not fixed after 4 hours, requested new room. Body lotion in room was left half full. Dusty surfaces observed on TV stand and desk. Good job on breakfast.

It was very nice, clean and perfect location! Walked to all. My only issue was the ac did not work but I opened the windows so all was good. I would stay here again without a doubt. I recommend it as well.

Great location. Staff was very helpful. The only thing that i would mention is: Breakfast bar: They need to provide more variety of breads, such as english muffins and whole wheat bread. Also basic cereals like corn flakes, raisin bran, and granola would be great. The rest of it was very good. Eggs were great.

Staff was very friendly. Room was ok, but the bathroom tub, floor, and walls needed more attention. Microwave and fridge in room. Perfect location for taking in shows at the beautiful Mahaiwe theatre, as well as browsing Main St shoppes and restaurants. Close driving distance to area attractions.

We wanted an inexpensive place to stay while zip lining. Gave Quality Inn a shot. Very pleasant stay. Nice and clean. Free breakfast was typical but good. Walking distance to most that Great Barrington has to offer. Very nice restaurants and shops. We'd definitely stay there again.

Reservations were easy; check-in was excellent and so easy! Andrew and Brian who manned the office were absolutely the best hotel/motel staff we ever encountered in all our travels, and we have traveled through both the US and many European countries as well! Kudos them both!
