I slept so good after a very long 2 days of no sleep. Melissa was so welcoming to me, my first contact with Andrew Hotel like it was my home and caring for me to be happy with my evening stay. The next morning Willie and Brian were very accommodating to me because I was a or had a crazy schedule and were also so helpful! Maybe Melisa spoke to them or not, but I thank you Willie Brian and Melissa!!! for making my stay safe and comfortable.

Great location, staff and nearby amenities. Rooms were clean and functional and price was super! I'm note sure what other reviewers were complaining about or experiencing but our stay was wonderful and we would stay again. It's a place to sleep and stay, no Taj Mahal, but price reflects that. Most important, it is clean!! If there was one complaint I would agree with, it is that the rooms are not "quiet". You definitely can hear other guests but if they are respectful, which they were during our stay, it 's nothing turning on the HVAC can't manage. We slept wonderfully on very comfortable beds.

will not be staying here again. very disappointed. the bed was broken and sliding across the floor, the toilet had beard hair on the seat, there was women's hair stuck to the shower wall, the noise outside of the window was terrible. There was a party going on downstairs and children unattended harassing guests and banging on windows with no staff present at the front desk. We will NOT be staying here again. I will stay at The Great Neck Inn in July when I visit my son for college.
