Free For All At a Nice Hotel

Incredibly loud, quiet hours not enforced. Crowds permitted to be in lobby area / common area partying until midnight or later. Kids from sports teams running wild and playing on the elevators the entire stay. Took away from other guests needing to use them.

It was a mediocre experience with an expensive price tag. There are other hotels who offer better experiences. I suggest looking for one of those. Between the hotel and the “pub”…the staff didn’t know whether they were coming or going and the food was ridiculously over priced for being over salted and burnt to a crisp. 2/10 recommend.

The weekend was a family get together for us. My daughter stayed with us in our king room with a sofa bed. The mattress was horrible so she decided to just sleep on the skinny couch. I mentioned it to the front desk during check out and she made a note of it and said she would have it taken care of and thanked me for bringing it up to them. The staff here were excellent and the rooms were wonderful. It is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant is expensive though but the staff there are also very friendly and helpful.

My stay at the Regency was great. I was there for work, but able to bring my family along. They enjoyed the pool and sauna. There was a nice little market by the front desk to grab snacks and drinks.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Myself and my friend were a little inebriated and the girl at the desk was understandable and helped us a lot. I hope we weren’t too much trouble.
