The property was beautiful. The staff and bartender at Brass Bar were excellent. I met a lot of amazing people sitting around the bar. The only complaint from my wife was more attention to the pool area and hallways. While some parents got drunk at the bar they let multiple of their wild children run the hotel and be obnoxious in the pool cursing, and splashing other children being kids without any supervision, which made the pool not fun for my wife and our smaller children

One problem is that NO ONE answers the front desk, guest services, wake up call lines. Even before my arrival, it would continually ring and. I one would pick up. I had to call down to the guest services and no one answered. Tried to call them to do a wake up call, and there was no answer. Even think there’s an alarm clock and I have my phone, a phone call is always a good back up. The sundries shop wasn’t open at the posted hours, and I waited a bit to see if they opened, but they didn’t. Other than that, not a bad stay. Clean and beds were comfortable. The pillows leave much to be desired, but for a night it wasn’t that bad.

Nothing bad or anything extra fantastic. It’s a nice clean hotel. The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner due to an event at the hotel. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are horrible. TV remote didn’t work; called for service and I was given a new remote almost immediately. Decent night of sleep. Close to the highway, but the noise wasn’t bad on the second floor.

A Perfect Night
