Parking: The garage is not accessible but you may
park on the street in front of the house or in the
driveway.

Pets: Pets are allowed in our home. Please make sure they stay off the furniture and are secured in
the home at night. No smoking or vapes inside of the home.

Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by these rules may result in fine. There will be a temporary hold on your credit card for $200.00. This is a fully refundable deposit and will automatically be released back to your card 5 days after check out, provided there is not damage to the property. If during the check in process, you find any damage to the property, please report it to the host immediately and provide pictures.
