Surrounded by Tuscan vineyards and olive groves, in one of the most fascinating countrysides in Italy, Villa Inside Chianti is a holiday villa with swimming pool and spa surrounded by Tuscan nature and equipped with all the comforts for a fairytale stay. Located in a private valley which is part of the entire property, a few minutes from the village of Panzano, Villa inside Chianti has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning/heating and 5 bathrooms, terraces and gardens overlooking the hills, outdoor swimming pool and heated indoor pool, barbecue area and table and chairs for outdoor dining.



The Space

With a unique charm and equipped with all the comforts for an exclusive stay, Villa Inside Chianti is located in the heart of Tuscany, a few minutes drive from the village of Panzano and is perfect for families and small groups of friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside surrounded by five-star services and comforts.

The traditions of this fantastic region are rooted in the history of the property which, before becoming a luxury residence, was used as a stable for the property. Furnished with a classic Tuscan style and a modern touch in neutral tones, the residence was designed with the comfort to offer guests in mind.

At the entrance of the villa, the living room includes an open space kitchen and service bathroom and is equipped with comfortable sofas, wifi, heating/air conditioning, 55 inch smart TV, dining table with chairs. The internal kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob, electric oven and microwave, refrigerator with wine cellar, dishwasher, espresso machine, American coffee machine and ice machine, as well as a Mezzanine with reading area and seating area.

Climbing up a few steps leads you to the internal spa area with a view of the Tuscan hills, consisting of a hydromassage tub with neck and lumbar massage.

The exteriors enjoy a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills and it is possible to relax in the swimming pool (open only for the summer period) or on the terrace and enjoy an outdoor dinner with barbecue area and outdoor kitchen.

• From the Villa it’s possible to enjoy panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, immersing guests in the beauty of that surroundings

• It’s possible to organise events upon request and subject to authorisation from the property

• The Villa is also fully equipped with centralised air conditioning and heating, inside the property it’s possible to use the Wi-Fi throughout for free.

• Private parking available for guests.



Guest Access

During your stay you will have access to the entire villa. Villa Vista Chianti is located within an 18-hectare estate part of the complex of 3 villas each with a swimming pool and independent services. For large groups, up to 37 people, it is possible to rent the entire estate and stay together in the three units. All the villas, if rented independently, enjoy total privacy thanks to the hedges that separate the external spaces between one property and another. Villa Vista Chianti can be reached via a private path.

• Tourist tax - €2 per day, per person, for the first 7 nights

Swimming Pool

The Swimming Pool is available for use from 1st April - 31st October.

There is an indoor swimming pool with hydromassage.



Spa

The Spa facilities are always open and available to use.



Internet

The Internet is free, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.



Waste

Separate waste collection is required. There is a bin for plastic, one for paper, one for mixed waste (e.g., batteries, diapers, female hygiene products, aluminum), and one for food. Every day, the housekeeper will clean the house and take out the trash.



Daily Cleaning Service

Every day the maid is available to guests for 3 hours to clean the rooms and living room.

• Change of bed linen on Wednesday

• Change of towels every two days

• Final cleaning for each stay included



Parking

Private parking is available on site.
